Starhub customer care service is dreaming!!!
Called up starhub customer service on wed to have my max online terminated.
Told the customer service personnel that I wanted an immediate termination as my singnet broadband will be activated the next day.
Was told that the earliest they would terminate is tml and the latest will be on sat.
Fine. I'm okie with the arrangement.
Was asked why I wanna terminate my plan.
I told them becoz I signed up with singnet as they offered better promotions.
One would have thought that they have noted the remarks
And so I happily hanged up the phone.
Guess what.
They didnt terminate the plan as promised.
Found out from my mum that the customer service called on sunday night to ask when we want to terminate the plan and the reasons for terminating it.
What the hell.
Thought I already informed them and gave my reason.
Dreaming ar??
Was pissed off.
It seems like they never take customer request seriously.
If not,
There's lack of communication in the customer service department.
M1 disappointed me.
Starhub too.
I'm left with Singtel.
You better dun disappoint me!!
