I wanna complain!!!!
M1 has poor customer service!
Had a bad encounter with M1 yesterday.
Went to M1 to upgrade my dad's plan on his behalf.
Had his original ic and authorization letter on hand.
But I was rejected upfront, as M1 keep insisted that my dad has to be present to sign the documents.
Even if its for a home delivery.
Mind you their delivery timing is from 2pm to 4pm.
At such a timing,
Any working personnel will be working.
Who will stay at home just to wait for the delivery and sign the necessary documents
When they can simply authorize anyone at home to help them sign the documents.
Cant understand why they are so inflexible
When rival companies do practice such procedures.
They are just making things inconvenience for their customers.
I totally cant understand their rational behind it.
Whatever the case is,
They have just lost a loyal customer.
Decided to switch to Singtel once my contract ends.
One thing for sure,
Singtel provides better customer service!
